Shipping Policy

For small items purchased like household items, minimum order is $50; Otherwise delivery fee of $5.99 per trip will be applied.

For big items like bulky furniture purchased, minimum order is $350; Otherwise delivery fee of $30 per trip will be applied.

Additional shipping fee involve on “Staircase Delivery”, 

If we are unable to deliver furniture to your location via the elevator at the point of delivery for example furniture is unable to fit into the elevator, elevator is out of service upon delivery crew's arrival or refusal of elevator access by building’s management and etc which resulted the purchased items/furniture being carried up by manpower, hence additional charge of $12.50 will be applied.

Return & Replacement Policy

All items purchased from us come with a 1 year manufacturing warranty, which only covers manufacturing defects. We will only accept replacements for inferior products due to manufacturing defects. Please email to yohinbiz@gmail.com the photographs of the inferior parts within 3 days after receiving the goods. We will get your replacement items done as soon as possible.

In-stock items will be delivered within 7 to 14 working days, subject to available delivery slots and available item stock. 

Once a purchase order is made, you are allowed to cancel your order within 6 hours as a cooling measure. Full refundable after deducting 2.5% miscellaneous fee will be processed within 3 working days.
